Travelling With CBD and the TSA

We have great news to all who have been apprehensive to travel with your Urbal Activ products.

On Tuesday May 28th the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) updated its rules and regulations regarding approved products for travel under the Medical Marijuana section to read:

Products/medications that contain hemp-derived CBD or are approved by the FDA (Epidiolex) are legal as long as it is produced within the regulations defined by the law under the Agriculture Improvement Act 2018. (a.k.a. 2018 The Farm Bill)

The farm bill defines Hemp as “the plant Cannabis Sativa L with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content of not more than 0.3%. Therefore you may now travel with your CBD product if it is Hemp-derived and contains less than 0.3% THC.

The only way to be sure your CBD product is compliant is to make sure it has been tested for THC content. When it is tested at an approved testing facility the producer/retailer will receive a Certificate of Analysis (COA) containing the results of the tests. Ultimately this is the only way to ensure you are not only getting the potency as advertised but it also will give you proof of the level of THC.

All Urbal Activ products are made with Industrial Hemp processed in a federally approved state licensed facility. Urbal Activ utilizes a 3rd party to test every batch for both potency and THC content.  We have COA’s available and guarantee that all our products have ZERO THC.  We can furnish these results upon request. We understand that pain does not discriminate and we are dedicated to providing pure CBD products that you can truly rely on.

Rest assured all Urbal Activ products meet all TSA requirements.
